Shipping & Delivery

Climb High Outlet will only ship within the United States. Climb High Outlet calculates the shipping rates by your location, the weight of the product(s) and the size of the shipment. We use both UPS and U.S. Postal Service (USPS). During checkout, select the appropriate shipping service: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, Free Economy Shipping for orders over $200.00 or In Store Pickup. You will then see the correct shipping costs and any taxes (When shipping to a Vermont address or In Store Pickup).
Please Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations. For these addresses, please select USPS Priority Mail.

Return & Exchange Policies

Climb High Outlet will accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in new condition with all tags, packaging, and sales receipt.
