Fit Tips for Mammut

Mammut clothing and equipment requires some attention to ensure a proper fit.  Please use the following guide to help you select the proper fit for your new Mammut gear.

Athletic Fit

Mammut designs many garments with a trim, athletic physique in mind.  Coupled with the fact that many of its products are designed for a specific activity, it is easy to mistake snug, close-fitting garments as too small.   Size up in order to obtain a looser fit but keep in mind the overall length of the arms, legs, and body of the garment will change.  If a loose fitting garment is desired, look for Mammut products that feature a relaxed fit.

Relaxed Fit

If you like a roomier fitting garment, these are your best bet.  The body and the arms/legs will not be as snug fitting as our garments with an Atletic fit.  These items are designed with a relaxed  fit  without sacrificing active performance.

Leisure Fit

A fit similar to your street clothes.  This fit will not be overly baggy nor will it be overly snug.  Ideal for use as a "lifestyle" piece and for light activities.
