Return Policy

Climb High Outlet will accept returns for a full refund, for any reason, provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase, the product is in new condition with all tags and packaging, and a sales receipt accompanies the item or items.  Climb High Outlet will charge a restock fee of $5.00 for each item returned unless there was an order mistake on our part or it is being exchanged for a different size or item.
